Starbucks launched a program using NFTs to tokenize rewards and drive traffic to its digital wallet, and Twitter is exploring its own digital asset. Payment networks and issuers could contribute to Web3 infrastructure. While Web3 payments can be performed via dapps, browser extensions, or QR codes, there is currently no consensus on what the main payment system will look like.
