looking for lower prices than supermarkets and major grocery retailers like Walmart, or just because they live in food deserts where they don't even have easy access or convenient access to a larger supermarket, so they have to turn to these stores, and it's really hard to find grocery items for less than a dollar that aren't going to be very tiny and not that useful.
