Well, in terms of what you just brought up, incorporating the chatbots into Messenger and WhatsApp, messaging commerce isn't big here in the US, but it is elsewhere. And a lot of companies that use WhatsApp in particular already have their own chatbots on the app that they use for things like customer service.
