In 2024, DOOH advertising will account for two-thirds (67.0%) of total out-of-home (OOH) advertising spend in the UK, compared with about a third in the US (34.8%) and Germany (32.1%), and a fifth in France (21.3%). UK grocery retailers are leveraging existing screens and adding more as they chase in-store retail media revenues.

Canada’s move to shut down TikTok’s offices pertains to its owner ByteDance’s connection to Beijing and concerns over data security. However, that shutdown makes it tougher for the government to address its concerns.
